Celestial Church of Christ Harton Street National Headquarters in London, is set to hold its 5th Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Celebration from Tuesday, 25th August to Sunday, 30th August 2026, with a powerful spiritual theme: “DIVINE BREAKTHROUGH 2026.”
The celebration, which is expected to bring together members, families, worshippers and guests, is anchored on the biblical passages Isaiah 45:2–3 and Psalm 126:5–6, pointing worshippers towards God’s promise of making a way through difficult places, revealing hidden treasures and turning seasons of tears into seasons of joy.
The programme will culminate in the Harvest Thanksgiving Service on Sunday, 30th August 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the church’s premises, 8 Harton Street, Deptford, London SE8 4DQ.
A WEEK OF SPIRITUAL AND COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES
The organisers have put together a week-long programme designed to engage different categories of members and provide opportunities for spiritual renewal, thanksgiving, fellowship and celebration.
The activities will commence on Tuesday, 25th August, with Women’s Day at 5:00 p.m. The programme will provide an opportunity for the women of the church to gather in fellowship and thanksgiving while reflecting on God’s faithfulness.
On Wednesday, 26th August, attention will shift to a Revival Service at 7:00 p.m., providing worshippers with an opportunity for spiritual rejuvenation and prayer.
Thursday, 27th August has been designated as the Open Mic – Youth Event at 5:00 p.m., giving young people an avenue for participation, expression, fellowship and engagement in the harvest celebration.
The programme will continue on Friday, 28th August, with Revival and Prophets’ Night, scheduled for 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. respectively. The night is expected to be a major spiritual gathering as worshippers seek divine intervention, prophetic direction and breakthrough.
SUNDAY HARVEST THANKSGIVING
The grand finale will take place on Sunday, 30th August 2026, with the main Harvest Thanksgiving Service commencing at 10:00 a.m.
The thanksgiving celebration represents more than an annual church tradition. It provides an opportunity for the congregation to collectively acknowledge God’s faithfulness, celebrate His blessings and commit the future into His hands.
The theme, “Divine Breakthrough,” is particularly significant in the context of the biblical references selected for the celebration.

In Isaiah 45:2–3, God promises to go before His people, make crooked places straight, break gates of brass and reveal treasures hidden in darkness. Similarly, Psalm 126:5–6 speaks of the transformation that follows seasons of tears, declaring the joy of those who sow in tears and eventually reap with rejoicing.
Together, the scriptures communicate a message of hope, restoration, divine intervention and joyful harvest.
