Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) Bethlehem Parish 2, located off Oblagie Nnosa Palace Road, Solution Street, Benin City, Edo State, is set to hold its 1st Adult Harvest Thanksgiving, with a week-long programme of spiritual activities scheduled from Tuesday, 18th August to Sunday, 23rd August 2026.
The maiden Adult Harvest Thanksgiving is themed “JEHOVAH ARAK — God of Divine Arrangements,” reflecting the parish’s emphasis on the faithfulness of God and His ability to arrange circumstances, open doors and bring His people into seasons of fulfilment according to His divine purpose.
The programme is expected to bring together members, worshippers, families, church leaders, invited guests and well-wishers for a period of spiritual renewal, thanksgiving, praise and fellowship.
A WEEK OF SPIRITUAL ACTIVITIES
According to the programme released by the parish, activities commenced on Tuesday, 18th August 2026, with a Revival Service at 4:00 p.m. The revival continues on Wednesday, 19th August, also at 4:00 p.m., providing worshippers with opportunities for prayer, spiritual reflection and preparation for the main thanksgiving celebration.
On Thursday, 20th August, the programme moves into a special Gathering of the Prophets at 9:00 a.m. The gathering is powered by the Edo State/Edo South Prophet/Prophetess Council, bringing prophetic ministry and fellowship into the week-long celebration.
The parish will continue its celebration on Friday, 21st August, with Songs of Praise scheduled for 2:00 p.m. The praise session is expected to provide an atmosphere for members and guests to celebrate God’s goodness through music and worship.
Saturday, 22nd August has been designated for Church Cleaning, as members prepare the worship environment ahead of the grand thanksgiving service.
The week-long programme will reach its climax on Sunday, 23rd August 2026, with the Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service at 10:00 a.m.
The programme flyer also indicates that Harvest Sales will take place immediately after the thanksgiving service, giving members and guests an opportunity to participate in the post-service harvest activities.
