In every generation, God raises men who do more than preach, they embody the message. Today, we celebrate such a man: Venerable Superior Evangelist Odubanjo, a prophet whose life radiates the light of divine purpose and integrity.
A man who loves everything about God, Prophet Odubanjo is known for making himself wholly available for the propagation of salvation, unreservedly committing to the gospel with heart and hands. His steps are ordered by divine purpose, and wherever God sends him, transformation follows.
Years ago, he boldly took the banner of Celestial Church of Christ into Italy, a nation where Catholicism holds deep cultural and spiritual roots. What seemed impossible to many became a reality through prophetic courage and unwavering faith. He planted the Church, expanded it, and made room for Celestial Church of Christ to worship in God experience in Western Europe. Today, Italy stands as a testimony to his spiritual pioneering, as souls continue to find refuge and fellowship under the Celestial fold.
Before Italy, his prophetic journey had already earned him recognition as a true Woli (Prophet) in Nigeria during the 1980s. His gifts made room for him, and his reputation for commitment, spiritual discipline, and truth followed him to the United Kingdom, where his impact remains deeply felt among Celestial shepherds and believers alike.
Now serving as the Shepherd of CCC Metropolitan Archdiocese Parish, USA, VSE Odubanjo’s leadership continues to inspire. Parishioners—young and old—testify of his unique qualities: transparency, conflict resolution, human understanding, and a firm grip on godly vision. Even when challenged by spiritual attacks or confronted with difficult individuals, he refuses to be distracted. His vision remains clear, his focus steadfast, and his mission—sacred.
A WORD FROM THE MAN OF GOD “My joy is complete when souls are saved, and lives are transformed by the power of God’s presence. I was called not just to preach, but to plant, to nurture, and to stand, even when it’s not convenient. The glory belongs to God alone.”

As he marks another year in his life’s journey, we honour a man who has given all for the Kingdom. We celebrate a Prophet who has planted churches, touched continents, and remains unwavering in his walk with God.
Happy Birthday, VSE Odubanjo!
