As anticipation continues to build toward the forthcoming USA Diocese Convention 2026, the Secretariat Department has assured members and stakeholders of its full readiness to deliver a well-coordinated and spiritually impactful event.
Speaking ahead of the convention, AVSE Peter Ajiboye, the Shepherd Council Secretary emphasized that the Secretariat, being the administrative backbone of the Diocese has been working tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure that every aspect of the convention is executed with excellence, order, and diligence.
According to him, meticulous planning, effective communication, and strong collaboration with other departments have been the key pillars guiding their preparation. From documentation and registration processes to coordination of schedules and dissemination of vital information, the Secretariat Department has left no stone unturned.
“This convention is not just an event, but a divine gathering where lives will be transformed and destinies aligned with God’s purpose. As a department, we understand the importance of structure and clarity in achieving this spiritual objective,” AVSE Ajiboye stated.
He further highlighted that digital systems and modern communication channels have been fully deployed to enhance efficiency, especially in handling the influx of participants expected from across the United States and beyond.
The Secretariat also reassured attendees of a seamless registration process and timely updates throughout the duration of the convention, urging members to cooperate with laid-down procedures to ensure a hitch-free experience. AVSE Ajiboye concluded by calling on all Celestial faithful to prayerfully prepare for the convention, noting that beyond the administrative excellence, the success of the gathering ultimately depends on divine intervention.
