CRC MEET WITH CSP STEPHEN ABOLARIN OF
DPO LAGBASA POLICE STATION TODAY.
LAGBASA Police Station handled the case from the beginning and later tranfered the case to Panti Zone 2.
The case is now on the desk of DCP WAHEED AYILARA.
a) The man who killed the harvest cow 🐄 of the Church have been arrested, and more arrest are starting right away at the community as we speak.
b) The family of Dongo requested for his body to be released for burial, however, the police refused to release his body due to the wrong information the family passed through Fasunle Makinde Descendants to the world which was different from what the Police investigation confirmed on the corpse.
c) The DOP of Lagbasa Police Station stated that the family will have to do a video to be released to the world that the body of Dogo is in complete shape and never mutilated.
d) The corpse of Dogo may not be released to the family until autopsy is conducted and until the last of the on-going investigation completed on the case. The corpse now belong to the Government and not DOGO’S family.
e) The DPO informed CRC-MEDIA that, the attack on them should be expected due to the tension on the crime scene on Saturday 3rd of June 2023 at 8:30am and shouldn’t visit any incident scene without security presence and order.
f) The Police stated that they are ready to work on the matter to ensure justice is done across all board for late Dogo and Oluso Aso James; and that Celestial Church of Christ Overcomers Parishioners and Oke Ira Nla, Lagbasa Ajah community members should cooperate with them as invitations, arrest and interrogation are ongoing..
