The Church is set to commemorate its 53rd Juvenile Harvest worldwide. Despite the ongoing leadership disputes within the Church, the Children’s harvest remains a consistent celebration that has not been tainted. The day continues to uphold its unique traditions, with no factional pastors deviating from the instructions laid down by the Church’s founder, Rev. SBJ Oshoffa.
The Juvenile Harvest serves as a vital event in nurturing children for their future endeavors, while it also evoking nostalgic memories for adults of the impactful experiences from their own teenage years. However it’s disheartening to see some individuals disregard God’s instructions and turn this sacred day into a worldly affair.
There are individuals who have distorted the process by introducing the abuse of doctrinal practices, such as sewing ranks meant for adults onto children. This abusive practice has escalated to the point where Church authorities have failed to address the negative narrative perpetuated by some parishes that do not respect God or value the prophetic instructions of Rev SBJ Oshoffa.
We at Celestial Prerogative News stands in solidarity with the campaign against the wearing of ranks on children during Juvenile Harvest day. We urge the Church authorities, specifically the Pastor in Council who are responsible for interpreting our Church doctrine, to issue a comprehensive statement to educate shepherds and harvest committees on the importance of refraining from sewing or wearing ranks on children, as it goes against the principles of worship in Celestial Church of Christ.
