Most Superior Evangelist Banjo has been a steadfast member of Celestial Church of Christ for over five decades. When the Pastor Founder, Rev. Prophet SBJ Oshoffa established the council on 7th July 1984, Most Sup Evang Banjo was present as the Pastor Founder announced the mission and vision of the council to the Mother Celestial Adefeso, the first Chairperson of the Group.
Furthermore, when the current executive of the women’s council was constituted by Rev. EMF Oshoffa, the Doyen of CCC Worldwide, Most Sup Evang Banjo was also present as an elder who deeply understood the fundamental principles of celestial missions through his unwavering dedication to God and his involvement in the Church.
On the 40th anniversary of the council, the women’s council initiated the gathering with God’s grace still shining upon Most Superior Evangelist Banjo, allowing him to witness this milestone. The gathering, filled with women from parishes, reaffirmed their mission as a tool for evangelization to all female members within the church and beyond.

Most Superior Evangelist Banjo expressed gratitude to all who attended the anniversary celebration, emphasizing the importance of maintaining the authentic foundation of the church. He urged the women’s council to think innovatively through evangelism, welfare initiatives, seminars and teachings on the doctrinal practices concerning the role of women in the church.
