Brother Muyiwa Olaitan and Superior Evangelist Ajala engaged in a heated exchange regarding the publication of BroBro’s burial arrangements. As one of the key members of the burial committee for late Gospel musician, Superior Evangelist Steve Pelemoh, also known as BroBro expressed his disappointment to the Church’s spokesperson. He claimed that the spokesperson intentionally neglected to publicize the burial details.
Brother Muyiwa Olaitan, who played a significant role in the burial preparations, took to One of the Celestial Whatsapp group “True Celestial” to voice his concerns. He criticized Superior Evangelist Kayode Ajala for his behavior, stating that Sup/ Evang Ajala seemed to disregard BroBro’s contributions to the Church.
The individual in question raised concerns regarding the Church authorities who failed to attend the burial arrangements, despite being informed by the burial committee. He stated that the Pastor was duly notified of the passing of Baba BroBro and even sent his condolences to the family. Additionally, the Pastor made a donation towards the burial expenses. However, the Church media’s response was seen as disrespectful to the deceased.
In response, Superior Evangelist Kayode Ajala explained that the Church media was not properly informed about the burial plans. He emphasized that it is not the Pastor’s responsibility to oversee the Church media, as he is not involved in the content posted on the Church’s official blog.
The Church Spokesman’s response highlights a significant communication gap between the Church media and the Church Office. It appears that these two entities do not effectively share information regarding the Church’s evolution. The Church media seems to operate independently without proper oversight to ensure the integrity of the Church is maintained.
Furthermore, news regarding the completion of the Church building, which was constructed by Pastor Rev. EMF Oshoffa has mysteriously disappeared from the Church blog. It has been noted that the project was overdue, yet the news was removed without any explanation. This lack of transparency raises concerns about the Church’s commitment to keeping its members informed and engaged.
