She was a powerful voice in the Church, always advocating for a Church that follows God’s instructions. Late Mother Celestial Roseline Bolanle Shodehinde commanded respect through her behaviour towards members, as she never for once insulted any Shepherds. Her influence was so strong that she even made recommendations to Pastor Rev EMF Oshoffa for appointing people of integrity, respect, and fear of God into various positions in the Church.
Late Mother Celestial Roseline Bolanle Shodehinde dedicated her life, time, energy, and resources to the growth of Celestial Church of Christ. She played a crucial role in the selection of Rev EMF Oshoffa through spiritual messages given to the Church. Her involvement in the Church’s development was always positive, as she respected members’ opinions and willingly took on assignments from God.
Known as “Mama Galilee,” Mother Celestial Bola Shodehinde was a beacon of positivity and she supported many shepherds in the fold. She generously used her personal resources to assist the less privileged and she was a spiritual daughter to the Pastor Founder. Her close relationship with the late Rev Pastor AA Bada was truly remarkable.
Throughout her lifetime, Mother Celestial Roseline Bolanle Shodehinde never condemned any shepherds, insulted members, or used her connection to church authority to threaten anyone against their wishes. Her integrity and kindness were evident to all who knew her.
At the age of 88, Mother Celestial Bola Shodehinde departed from this world to join the saints in heaven. She passed away on a Sunday, specifically on Palm Sunday, while celestial members were joyfully shouting Hosanna on 14th April 2019. Her departure left a void, especially during Easter Day celebrations at Km 53 Lagos Ibadan Expressway, where her presence with the iconic blue crown was sorely missed.
Mother Celestial Roseline Bolanle Shodehinde legacy is one of strength, respect, and dedication to the Church. She set an example for all CCC women to follow, showing them the importance of integrity, respect, and devotion to God’s work. Her impact on the Church and its members will never be forgotten, her love and correction will always be remembered fondly, as her voice of guidance and compassion cannot be replaced. May she continue to echo the voice of Hosanna in heaven, where she now resides.
