One of the primary responsibilities of Christianity is to spread the message of salvation to all souls. This perspective was strictly adhered to by the Pastor Founder, who received the mandate in 1947. He embarked on an evangelism ministry to various areas, which eventually spread to Nigeria as the Church continued to illuminate God’s purposes to humanity.
In reaffirming this mandate, Evangelist Solomon Oshoffa took the message of deliverance, hope, salvation, and manifestation to Celestial Church of Christ Majemu Cathedral, Oke Odo, Lagos on 30th March 2025. During his sermon, he urged the congregation to always keep their focus on God, as He is the ultimate source of deliverance and blessings for those who follow His instructions. He encouraged the youth to actively participate in the work of salvation, emphasizing that the future of every religious organization rests on their shoulders. Evang Solomon Oshoffa also stressed the importance of recognizing that God is the most significant aspect of our lives, with no competition.
He concluded that in a world where numerous distractions vie for our attention, it can be challenging to maintain our focus on God. As followers of Jesus, our duty is to prioritize our relationship with Him above all else. The busyness of life can easily divert our attention from God, causing even good things to take precedence if we are not vigilant.
