What an incredible honor it is to be recognized for our hard work and dedication to serving the Lord! As the apostle Paul so wisely wrote in Colossians 3:23–24, “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ.”
This passage reminds us of the importance of using our resources wisely and generously, focusing on fulfilling God’s purposes rather than accumulating personal wealth. It is a powerful reminder that wealth is a gift from God to be used for good.
We have the opportunity to invest in ventures that promote God’s work and spread His message, and to show generosity by meeting the needs of those around us, demonstrating compassion and love. If money is truly a gift from God, then surely He has a purpose for it.
On 4th May 2025, the incredible dedication of Elder Pius and M/C Mercy Olarewaju was celebrated by the entire congregation of Celestial Church of Christ Omo Alade Alafia Parish 1 in Lagos State. The elders publicly praised the Olarewaju family for their contributions in transforming the parish into a magnificent cathedral, bringing it up to the standards of other parishes within the CCC Worldwide community.
