As parishes of the Celestial Church of Christ across the world celebrate the 2026 Juvenile Harvest on Sunday, 7th June 2026, Mrs. Dolapo Oshoffa has extended her heartfelt felicitations to all children of the Church, describing them as a precious gift from God and an indispensable part of both the Church and society.
In a goodwill message released to mark the annual celebration, Dolapo Oshoffa joined millions of Celestial faithful worldwide in rejoicing with children who are taking active roles in worship services, choir ministrations, ushering, Bible readings, and other spiritual activities during the Juvenile Harvest celebrations in their respective parishes.
Mrs. Oshoffa, who is aspiring to represent Surulere Constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly under the Allied Peoples Movement (APM) in the 2027 general elections, emphasized the importance of nurturing children with godly values, sound education, and moral discipline.
A devoted member of the Celestial Church of Christ and wife of Most Senior Evangelist Solomon Oshoffa, one of the sons of the Founder of the Church, the late Rev. Prophet Samuel Bilehou Joseph Oshoffa, she noted that children remain the future of every nation and must therefore be guided to become responsible leaders and positive influences in society.
She encouraged children of the Church to be worthy ambassadors of Christ and the Celestial Church in their various schools, communities, and social environments, urging them to embrace honesty, diligence, obedience, and the fear of God in all their endeavors.
According to her, the teachings of Jesus Christ on love, compassion, humility, and service to humanity should remain the guiding principles for every child as they grow into adulthood.
“Children are among the greatest blessings God has given to humanity. They represent hope, continuity, and the future of our families, communities, and nation. As we celebrate this year’s Juvenile Harvest, I encourage every child to remain steadfast in faith, pursue excellence, and demonstrate the love of Christ wherever they find themselves,” she stated.
Dolapo Oshoffa further prayed for God’s divine protection, wisdom, grace, and abundant blessings upon all Celestial children worldwide, expressing confidence that they would grow to become instruments of positive transformation in the Church and the society at large.
She also commended parents, Sunday School teachers, shepherds, youth leaders, and all stakeholders who continue to invest their time and resources in the spiritual and moral development of children within the Church.
“As we celebrate our children today, let us not forget those who are unable to be with their families because of kidnapping and insecurity. I pray that God Almighty will touch the hearts of their captors and grant speedy and safe release to every abducted child in Oyo State and across Nigeria. May the Lord restore peace to our nation and protect all our children wherever they may be.” — Dolapo Oshoffa.
