The Federal High Court in Ikoyi has refix the case between the registered Board of Trustees (BOT) and the Pastor. The court clerk announced reschedule of date due to a public holiday on the 27th of September 2023 declared by the Federal Government of Nigeria to honor the birth of the holy prophet of Islam, Muhammed.
The day was originally scheduled to commence the hearing of the suit filed by the registered BOT, challenging the Pastor for the dissolution of the Board of Trustees. The registered BOT believes that the Pastor has acted against the provisions of the Corporate Affairs Commission Act.
