CCC Oluwaseyi International Headquarters in Lagos cordially invites all to join them for the 2024 Holy Mary Day celebration. This special day commemorates the appearance of Holy Mary to our Pastor Founder on the 15th day of July 1977. Following a spiritual revelation during a period of illness experienced by our Pastor Founder, it was decreed that Holy Mary should be honored within Celestial Church of Christ through an annual observance of this significant event.
As a result, the first Friday of July was designated as Holy Mary’s Day, to be observed with full congregational services across all Celestial Church of Christ locations worldwide. The inaugural Holy Mary’s Day was celebrated on Friday, July 7th, 1978.
Since then, CCC Oluwaseyi Cathedral, International Headquarters, Lagos established by Late Rev Pastor J.K.J Owodunni has faithfully followed the directives of the Holy Spirit in honoring Holy Mary. As we approach the 2024 Holy Mary Day, the Parish is excited to announce a series of activities and services to express their gratitude to God for His divine guidance and blessings.
The International Headquarters has announced the schedule of events for the 2024 celebration of the feast of the blessed Virgin Mary. This five-day event will honor the holy woman chosen by God to deliver the prophetic child for the world.
The festivities will kick off on SATURDAY, 29TH OF JULY 2024 with an Entertainment of Charity Homes. This event will include an open visitation and entertainment at selected charity homes, aimed at supporting the less privileged and providing them with opportunities through material items and beverages. The visitation will begin at 2pm.
On TUESDAY, 2nd of JULY 2024, a Marian Procession will take place starting at 9am at the Church premises. This mass procession will raise awareness of the activities planned for the feast.
WEDNESDAY, 3rd of JULY 2024 will feature a Lecture & Musical Concert. The day will begin with a gathering of well-educated individuals who will receive teachings about the significance of Holy Mary Day within the context of Celestial Church of Christ. Following the lectures, a musical concert will take place, allowing attendees to praise, worship and show appreciation to God through dance starting at 4pm.
