Celestial Church of Christ National Headquarters, Makoko, Lagos State has made the decision to cancel the musical concert that was originally scheduled to take place on the 2nd of August 2024. This cancellation is in light of the upcoming 73rd Annual Adult Harvest Thanksgiving event.
The decision to cancel the concert was made out of respect for the recent passing of two of their beloved members in the Parish. The Parish Shepherd, V/S/E Afsi Kiki, along with the Elder Council, Parochial Committee, and Harvest Committee led by H/S/E Yemi Iluyemi have collectively decided to honour the departed souls by cancelling the musical concert.
The passing of Superior Evangelist Steven Abiodun Palemoh popularity known (Bro Bro) a veteran gospel artist who passed way on the 18th July 2024 deeply impacted the National Headquarters to step down the concert in honour of the departed soul. He began his celestial music journey at CCC Makoko National Headquarters in Lagos, leaving behind a legacy that will forever be remembered.
In addition, the Parish also mourned the loss of Brother Gbenga Abati, a dedicated member of the Parish. As a result, the Parish made the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming musical concert in honour of these two beloved individuals.
The Parish also extend its sincerest apologies for any inconvenience their decision may have caused.
