We have received an important update regarding the ongoing case at the Appellate Court in Ibadan. The suit filed by Rev EMF Oshoffa to challenge the Federal High Court Ilaro Judgment has encountered another development.
Rev Godwin Shonekan, one of the defendants has confirmed this news through a WhatsApp comment in one of the Celestian member groups. In his statement, Rev Godwin Shonekan expressed “THE HEARING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.”
He further says “ If someone knows they can’t win a Case, I guess the best is to wish the day of hearing never comes. The delay was bought and paid for by the aggrieved party, the Appellant of course. January 10th, 2024 Appeal Court sitting has been cancelled again for another unknown date. I was called by the Appellate Court Bailiff on the cancellation”. Halleluiah..!!!
