HIJACK OF MUSIC STRUCTURE! DR OLAOSEBIKAN BE UNFALTERING.

The firmness of Late Rev A.A. Bada will continue to be a reference point in the history of the Church. The establishment of Music Director during the era of Rev A.A. Bada restored the credibility of our Church music. We have experienced the oneness through the time of Late A/V/S/E Adetiran as the Church Music Director; the standardization of classical music as a strong root within the central choir. The Central Choir stood out amongst the popular music which some members introduced to the Church under the secular category.

In March 2023, the Pastor Rev EMF Oshoffa approved & installed Sup Evang (Dr) Rotimi Olaosebikan has the Music Director of the Church after the demise of his boss who served the Church in all ramification, while the current Music Director stood behind his boss to assist him on the assignment given to them. 

A dramatic situation occurred on the 14th of June 2023, when some members of staff from the Pastor’s Office embarked on the task to hijack the Music department from the Individual whom the Pastor singlehandedly assigned  the duties to oversee the general activities of the Church Music.

ADMINISTRATIVE COLLAPSE

There was a Press Statement released from the Pastor’s Office informing the church congregation of the Inauguration of a new Committee known as “Directorate of Music” Celestial Church of Christ. The Head of Administration, V/S/E Adeniyi signed the letter informing the State Evangelist of Lagos State/Shepherd of CCC Agidingbi Cathedral Ikeja on the approval of the Pastor to allow the host of the said progam.

After the demise of A/V/S/E Adetiran, we witnessed the elevation of his assistant to his position through a letter presented by the Pastor. How on earth will a Director of Music be kept out of the loop on the establishment of Directorate of Music for the Church?

 Will the planned “ Directorate of Music” department be under the jurisdiction of the Music Director or the Music Director will give directives from “Directorate of Music”.

It a simple logic of administrative management, can a Board under the Federal Ministry of Education hold a General Meeting without the consent of Minister of Education or can Head of Department in a Federal/State Universities introduce a new course without the approval of University Senate? 

It is a clear indication that some members of staff in the Pastor’s Office are on the march to hijack the Music structure from Sup Evang Rotimi Olaosebikan with the plan to use the Music Conference scheduled to hold for 2 Days at CCC Agidingbi Cathedral as an avenue to introduce the purposed agenda.

How on earth will a Professor secretly approve a conference without THEME and no mention of names of those who will present PAPERS at the conference? 

The progressive error displayed by the Pastor’s Office rise question(s) over the Professorship of A/V/S/E Adeniyi.

SUP/EVANG OLAOSEBIKAN! THE AUTHENTIC MUSIC DIRECTOR.

The authentic and recognized Music Director of the Church who is also a lecturer of Music in the Music Department of Ibadan Polytechnic, a fellow of Nigeria Musicologist Association, informed the Church of the plan to proceed on a trip to the USA. In a letter with reference number- DM/003/G001 dated 16th of June 2023 said the “Pastor approved his trip to the USA to embark on the assignment to visit some parishes for music purpose”. The above statement from the Music Director showed that he knew nothing of the Planned Music Conference instituted by some cabals within the Pastor’s Office.

If the Pastor gave the permission to Sup Evang Olaosebikan to travel abroad while the Pastor also authorized A/V/S/E Adeniyi to organize Music Conference without the knowledge of the Music Director, then the Pastor’s name is an easy access to lie in our Church. 

V/S/E ITUNU OSHIN! ANOTHER JUNTO.

In furtherance of the planned coup, one of the child of M/S/E Taiwo Oshin, in person of Venerable Superior Evangelist Itunu, in his early 40’s & who is a staff in the Pastor’s Office as one of the administrators released a press statement dated 18th June 2023 with admin letter number- CCC/EMF/PO/CON/03/06-03 reaffirmed the authenticity of a Music Conference sidelining the Music Director of the Church. On what authority does V/S/E Oshin has to address the Church when the Head of Administration & Spokesman of the Church are not on vacation? 

DO WE NEED MUSIC CONFERENCE IN OUR CHURCH.
