Celestial Church of Christ Bethesda Parish, Dublin, Republic of Ireland Diocese has announced plans for its 24th Annual Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service, as members and worshippers prepare to gather in an atmosphere of gratitude, praise and thanksgiving to celebrate God’s faithfulness throughout the year.
According to information contained in the official programme flyer, the much-anticipated harvest celebration will hold on Sunday, 9th August, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., at the church auditorium located at Liffey Gaels GAA & Camogie Club, 60A Sarsfield Road, Kilmainham, Dublin 10, D10 YY48, Ireland.
This year’s celebration is themed “Harvest of God’s Restoration,” drawing its spiritual inspiration from Joel 2:21–32 and Psalm 126:1–2, scriptures that proclaim God’s promise of restoration, abundant blessings, joy and renewed hope for His people. The annual harvest is expected to serve as a moment of thanksgiving for God’s unfailing mercy, protection, spiritual growth and numerous testimonies experienced by members of the parish over the years.
The harvest service will be hosted under the Shepherdship of VSE Wole Afolahan (MPIC), who serves as the Shepherd-in-Charge and Head of District, alongside VSE Toro Sodimu JP (MPIC), the Head of Ireland Diocese. Their leadership continues to strengthen the spiritual life of the parish while advancing the mission of evangelism and the core doctrines of Celestial Church of Christ in Ireland.
