The Choir department of the Church bears the responsibility of vocalizing the frequency of praise during every service. The Choir cape symbolizes the value of God’s presence within the Church, while the Church itself has upheld its principles and sustainability for over 76 years. The Pastor Founder established the color code based on divine instructions, ensuring the Choir receives necessary guidance from the Holy Spirit.
A picture recently went viral on social media, depicting a particular parish CCC Holy Cross Cathedral (Special District) Ado Ekiti during their 16th Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service aptly “Harvest of Instant Testimony” under the Shepherdship of VSE Williams Ojo (JP) donned a complete color code that deviated from the approved yellow and blue lace designated for Celestial Church of Christ. These images captured the attention of Celestial members. The Parish not only goes against the principles of Christ in the Church but also acts in complete separation from the overall identity of the Church, which God instructed his servant Rev SBJ Oshoffa to establish.
The narrative depicted in the picture clearly illustrates individualism in terms of decision-making, rather than adhering to the authority of the Church, which should have built a strong institution. The Church has reached a point where members make decisions for themselves without respecting God’s instructions and the Parish lacks the utmost respect for the Church.
It is evident that the Parish’s actions contradict the teachings of Christ and undermine the unity and purpose of the Church. This deviation from the Church’s core values not only weakens its foundation but also hinders its ability to fulfill its divine mission. It is crucial for the Parish to realign its actions with the principles set forth by God and the Church’s established authority. In order to restore the Church’s integrity and ensure its continued growth, it is imperative for all Celestial members, including the Parish to recognize and respect the instructions of God for the Church . This entails adhering to the teachings of Christ, following God’s instructions and working together to build a solid foundation for the Church’s future.
