The lack of basic ordinance among certain individuals in the Church has exposed a gap between the trustworthiness of the Church’s teachings and personal observations. The reality of the Church’s structure is such that senior clergy receive instructions from higher levels, rather than injecting pessimistic views.
In less than 108 days from today (31th of January, 2024) Most Superior Evangelist Olarinde, the fifth highest hierarchy in the Church will be celebrating his 80th birthday. As an octogenarian who is a product of CCC Elizabeth Road Parish, now Eleyele Parish in Ibadan dated back 1964 and became a Shepherd in 1972 under the guidance of Superior Leader R.A. Cole at CCC Itire in Lagos State, with the instruction of then Senior Evangelist A.A. Bada will express immense gratitude to God for his 80 years on earth.
It Is an established fact that Celestial Church operates in a specific manner, requiring strict adherence to instructions from the Pastor by those in the highest hierarchy. As a devoted member of Celestial Church who has been a part of this fold for over 59 years and counting, M/S/E Olarinde has officially communicated with the appropriate institution at CCC Harton Street Parish, National Headquarters in London regarding the plan to hold the Birthday Service on the 18th of May 2024. MSE Olarinde has acted in accordance with the provisions outlined in sections 121 and 125 of the Church Constitution, which require the Parochial Committee of each parish to make local decisions.
The Information received from the Celebrant justifies the transparency and adherence to the Church’s rules as instructed by the Pastor Founder. While other anointed shepherds and members are planning to celebrate MSE Olarinde’s entry into the league of octogenarians.
During the Pastor Founder, Rev SBJ Oshoffa time, he created a CLASS CARD for new converts and every members seeking anointment. The purpose of this card is to record the participation and engagement of individuals in Bible study and teachings on the Church’s doctrines and principles. Those who fail to grasp the fundamentals of the Church’s teachings will be classified as ignorant of Celestial Knowledge. Unfortunately, some individuals have exploit their ignorance to further their own agendas and seek cheap popularity.
