After three tumultuous years of disagreements within the first Celestial Church of Christ in the USA, a momentous occasion took place from the Kouton family in Washington DC. The Kouton family, who had relocated from Porto-Novo, Benin were at the center of a heartwarming event that brought the Parish CCC Metropolitan Archdiocese together in unity and gratitude towards God.
The Parish members gathered In joyous celebration to honor Brother Jonas Kouton and Sister Parfaite Kouton as they welcomed their newborn daughter into the world. Following the Church’s doctrinal guidelines, the little girl was officially named Mary Kouton, marking a significant milestone as the first child to be christened in the Parish in three years due to previous disagreements.
The naming ceremony was a symbol of reconciliation and renewal within the Parish, showcasing the power of faith and unity in overcoming differences.
