The USA Diocese Secretariat Department is thrilled to announce that they are fully prepared for the upcoming USA 2025 Shepherds & Church Workers Retreat! According to the Diocesan Secretary, V/S/E Victor Adewusi, the retreat is set to take place from May 1st to May 4th, 2025 at CCC Voice of Grace Parish in Columbus, NJ 080522, USA.
Anticipation for the 2025 USA Diocese Shepherds Council and Church Workers Retreat is building, with many individuals expressing excitement and eagerness to participate. Under the exceptional leadership of VSE Joseph Olorunnisola (Head of USA Diocese) and VSE Dodo Williams (Chairman, Shepherds Council) the retreat is expected to exceed the high standards and expectations of all attendees.
V/S/E Victor Adewusi, the Diocesan General Secretary, provided a comprehensive overview of the retreat, highlighting the importance of the event as a gathering of Celestians united by their faith in Christ and their commitment to the growth and advancement of the Church.
The upcoming retreat will focus on the well-being of shepherds in the USA and the establishment of a cohesive Diocese dedicated to fulfilling God’s mandate of spreading His Kingdom. Discussions will cover a range of topics including the development of new initiatives, youth leadership, spiritual guidance, governance, community involvement, and the overall health of the Church.
As the General Secretary of the Diocese, V/S/E Adewusi has confirmed that the Secretariat Department is fully prepared to carry out its administrative responsibilities during the retreat. It is important to note that the USA Diocese is divided into 7 Regions, each overseen by a Regional Supervisor and supported by a Regional Secretary. Within each Region, there are State administrations led by a State Evangelist and State Secretary, who work closely with the Regional Secretaries and the Diocesan General Secretary.
V/S/E Adewusi stresses the importance of all shepherds and Church workers attending the retreat, regardless of any divisions within the Church. The Celestial Church is united under God, and the retreat will provide a platform for open discussion, the sharing of insights, the adoption of modern practices, and the pursuit of common goals to propel the Celestial Church forward.
